The payment and cancellation policy for your tour is determined by the service provider you choose. Each provider selects the policy that best manages their cancellation risks and potential losses related to arrangements like flights, hotels, and transportation, as well as the time they need to reserve for your booking.
If you receive multiple proposals for the same trip, be aware that each tour provider may have their own payment and cancellation policies. You can easily check the specific terms for each proposal listed alongside the tour details.
When booking, the provider might ask for either a partial payment or the full amount to be processed through tours by group travel company. In some cases, you may have the option to decide whether to pay the entire tour price upfront or a portion of it. If you choose to make a partial payment upfront, the remaining balance will need to be settled directly with the service provider at the time of the tour.

5 days up tour request payment.
- Booking process: 5 days tour may request 20% deposit via online payment. and the balance 80% of the tour cost is to be paid direct on arrival.
- Cancellation: if you cancel tour any time, you deposit 20% deposit. No refund to be made to the tour service provider.
Daily tour payment.
- Booking process: Full payment via online, we’re accept credit card payment
- Free cancellation: 48 hours full refund
Note: Refund amount will take 5-10 business days. Money back to original bank account pay.
